Wheal Rose Ward, Triage and Day Assessment Unit are trialling a technology that directs nurse call alerts straight to the nurse’s or midwife’s handheld mobile device. This replaces the traditional audible alarm that sounds in the corridors and is being trialled to improve patient care and staff wellbeing.
We are asking patients during the trial to let us know about their experience so that we can assess the benefits of the technology.
